Villa Kiki is a traditional holiday home, in the quiet village of Agios Spyridon, near the village of Perithia. About 200 m to the beach of Agios Spyridon. A beautiful garden surrounds the house, with a view of the mountains from the balcony.

This is a one-story house, can accommodate up to 5 people. It is an ideal place for a family with children. From the living room you can go out to the balcony, which has a dining table with chairs. One room has two single beds, the other one has one double bed. There is also a modern shower room. The kitchen has everything a family needs – cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator.

There is a family-owned tavern right next door, a shop 200 m away. Agios Spyridon beach is ideal for families with children. Free: air conditioning, WIFI internet, bed linen, towels (except beach towels).
